Steven Milewicz has more than three decades of experience as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and Executive Leadership teams across private equity, family-owned, and publicly traded companies. With expertise in construction, real estate investment, and energy sectors, Steven brings a unique blend of legal and business acumen.

His credentials include:

  • JD and MBA degrees, combining legal and graduate business training.
  • Licensed attorney in New York (not Florida; no legal services offered).
  • In-house legal consultation covering construction, business, contract, development, employment, litigation management, and compliance.

Steven has a proven ability to balance risks, exercise sound judgment, and provide practical, time-sensitive advice. His leadership limits risk exposure to financial, personnel, and reputational aspects of organizations.

Proven Track Record

  • Served as President of a 204-unit, 28-story oceanfront Condominium Association in Hollywood Beach, FL (2019–2023).
  • Oversaw a $8.5M capital improvement project, including:
    • Concrete restoration.
    • Installation of hurricane impact glass rails.
    • Renovation of lobby, hallways, elevators, roof, and cooling tower.
  • Achieved all project goals within budget and on schedule.
